A luxurious and romantic suite located on the first floor of the Carriage House. The slightly rustic décor has antique wide plank wood floors and classic nautical Maine theme. Sleep comfortably in the king-size pencil post bed, or relax in the cozy sitting area with sofa (sofa bed - we recommend its use for children up to age 14), chair, warming gas fireplace, and flat screen television with DVD player. The large bath has a fantastic steam shower (for two!) with rainfall showerhead.

There is a small kitchenette which contains a two burner stove, refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, and ample cabinet space; perfect for an early morning cup of coffee or extended stays at the Blue Harbor House Inn.

The private entrance leads to a semi-private outside patio/deck which has two seating areas with tables and chairs. (The patio area is shared with the Compass Rose Suite).
