Maine Celtic celebrations July 15-17th
Belfast Maine is the place to visit this weekend. Down at the waterfront take part in Maine Celtic celebration with music, dancing, food and games. Kilts and bagpipes galore! Hope they have some Scotch pies….
Camden Harbor Arts and Crafts show July 16 and 17th
In the most beautiful setting down by Camden Harbor over 100 artists and crafts people display their fine artwork, sculpture, jewelry and more. This 35th summer show is now a two day celebration of the arts. Choose a piece of individually designed jewelry or artwork and know that no-one else will have the same!
It is free and oen to all. 9.00am-5.00pm both days.

Camden Farmer’s Market each Saturday
Camden’s Farmers Market every Sat morning is the place to be! Today I was there getting, among other things some Hahn’s End cheese for our cheeseboards. A local Maine artisan cheese maker, his Blue Velvet cheese is just the best! Come and try a sample.
Afternoon Tea
Beautiful day in Camden, Maine today. I made some special lavender and rose glazed shortbread this morning. All those booked in for the Holiday weekend will be able to sample some for afternoon tea today! The culinary lavender comes from the fabulous Glendarragh lavender farm, in Appleton, Maine.
