Lobsters and Lighthouses!
If you like Lobsters and lighthouses then this event is for you! Lobster Bake on June 23rd, on the shores of Rockland Harbor (to benefit the Rockland Breakwater and Owl’s Head Lights) Lobsters will be cooked Schooner Style’ on an open wood fire along the beach. Enjoy lobster, and listen to music as you admire the Harbor views! Sounds good to me…

40 Paper, one of Camden’s trendiest restaurants, has come up with yet another great idea. Partnering with Dandelion Spring Organic farm, they are serving up a five course meal, – organic spring vegetables, heirloom pork and free-range eggs, from the farm, combined with spring lamb and grass-fed dairy from neighboring Straw Farm. Graffam Bros. Harborside restaurant
A new restaurant has just opened down at the Harbor – called Graffam Bros Harborside restaurant. Haven’t a chance to try it myself, but some of our guests have been in already and given it a definite thumbs up! Lots of lovely seafood to be found here, of course!
Beekeeping at Merryspring Gardens

Interested in beekeeping? Knox Lincoln County beekeepers will be at Merryspring Gardens this Saturday with an observation hive,- so you can see first hand how honeybees live and work. Also there will be beekeeping equipment you can try on, and information on beekeeping classes.
